The tastefully furnished holiday villa lies in the unmistakable low mountain landscape of the Ore Mountains at the foot of the Fichtelberg. Built in Tuscan style, the Villa is one of the most beautiful houses in the Ore Mountains, surrounded by meadows and forests, not far from Karlovy Vary. The exclusive furnishings and equipment are chosen with a lot of love for detail and breathes the atmosphere of cultivated private spaces.

Seminarhaus Zum Waldblick

Room for 2 with luxury bathroom (shower, tub and infrared cabin) in a family atmosphere (all other rooms are common rooms). Ideal for staycation: sleeping in, breakfast in bed and pajama day for pure relaxation. The entire house can accommodate up to 10 people and can be rented on request for family meetings and events, including (vegan) catering. Right in front of the house is a forest with a bike path and numerous lakes. I'll be happy to provide further information.

Welcome to our spacious vacation home, perfect for a family or friends vacation! Our house can accommodate up to 10 people and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house has five bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Each room is furnished with quality linens and towels to make you feel at home.

The villa's exterior is highlighted by warm lighting and a yellow façade, framed by lush greenery. A pathway leads up to the entrance, bordered by well-maintained gardens. The upper balcony features green shutters, adding a charming touch to the inviting atmosphere.

The idyll due to the secluded location and nature create a feeling of seclusion, of short immersion. Soothing timecanbe expected. Wide, tranquility, the individuality of the guest villa with only 10 rooms and thus exquisite contact with other people allows an atmosphere of uplifting – "It's like a home, like a little oasis." (frequent guest quote).
