Le Rocche, on the top of a hill offers a breathtaking view, the Villa all on one floor, finished renovating in June 2021 by the architect. Gianni Benincasa, has 5 bedrooms, one of which is in the mezzanine and 3 bathrooms. Furnishings, all brand new, of great charm. Another highlight is the 100 m2 terrace. and the BBQ, where you can have lunch and relax. The villa is completely independent and out of sight of prying eyes. The park with olive, cherry and apricot trees is approximately 7,000 m2.

A refreshed saltwater pool is surrounded by lush greenery and olive trees. Sun loungers in vibrant colors are positioned along the pool deck. A shaded area with a pergola is visible, providing a relaxing spot for guests to enjoy the serene landscape.

Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Independent villa surrounded by the greenery of a park with private access to the sea. The house is on two levels where on the ground floor we have the living area with kitchen, bathroom and a large living room with fireplace. Going upstairs we find the sleeping area with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was completely renovated and refurbished last year, including most of the furniture. The entrance to the property is served by an automatic gate and space for 5 cars.

Bright seating area features two white armchairs and a patterned ottoman, surrounded by large glass arches that open to a lush garden. Natural light floods the space, enhancing the exposed stone walls and wooden ceiling beams, complemented by a large potted plant.
