Close to Nîmes (10 km), city of art and culture. 25 km from Anduze (gateway to the Cévennes) and its beautiful rivers and 45 minutes from Mediterranean beaches. Also close to Uzès and Sommières. You'll love my place for its cozy and well-equipped side as well as the large garden with a terrace with barbecue, hammock and a large above-ground pool. Take a break and relax in our brand new cottage! It is a large studio of 30m2. With an unobstructed view, quiet neighborhood, residential. Furnished kitchen. Shower room with toilet. Recent bedding, 160 latex mattress. You can dine outdoors under the pergola and use the garden furniture. 900 m2 lot We live opposite, that's where the pool is. It's shared with us. We remain discreet when you stay here.
