This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

Romantic pop

Apartment "Romantic pop" is situated a few minutes from the beach and Lungomare area, Max city center (shopping mall) and in front of new pool, fitness and sauna center. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk. The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.
