Enjoy sharing this Ausable river front home by staying in a private lower-level walkout. WE LIVE ABOVE. This gorgeous log home is on the famous Holy waters. The bottom story is a finished lower level with a separate entrance and living area from the homeowners above. The suite has a walk out onto the patio with a gentle slope to 200 ft of rocky bottom river frontage. This is located five miles from the city of Grayling. You will be close to hiking trails, hiking, snowmobile trails, and skiing.

Au Sable River Getaway

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby. The Timeless Timber is a unique , magical getaway experience. Built in 1969 , surrounded by the Huron National Forest, yet centrally located in Roscommon, Michigan. The cabin is located 20 minutes from Saint Helen, 30 minutes from Houghton Lake and 35 minutes from West Branch. There’s lots to do like, side by side riding on the trails, snowmobiles, kayaking, small children’s zoo etc. So two- track your way on up to The Timeless Timber!
