The cabin is on a 5000 sq. meter plot, in a quiet, independent and safe place, with mountain views, surrounded by vegetation, cozy, ideal for resting and enjoying nature. It is a new cabin, enabled for up to 6 people. Access to the Simpson River 80 meters away. There is no public transportation that comes past the cabin.

It has a parking space for one vehicle outside the house in front of the property (on the sidewalk). The area is always lit and very safe. The neighborhood also has supermarkets, pharmacies, a gas station, a restaurant, and public transportation a few blocks away.
