Il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in 20/25 minuti, oppure in Bus con fermata a poca distanza da casa. Camminando lungo il suggestivo lungarno, Porta San Niccolò, il Ponte Vecchio, la Galleria degli Uffizi e la Basilica di Santa Croce sono comodamente raggiungibili, così come le altre meraviglie di Firenze.

Downstairs you will find an excellent and elegant pastry shop, groceries, typical trattorias and a big supermarket.

The apartment is cozy and very bright. Completely renovated in 2019. The historic center, 4 km away, can be easily reached in 15 minutes by bus; the stop is below the house. Access and "check-in" are carried out independently by the guest without time restrictions (starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival) The apartment, located on the fourth floor with elevator, consists of: kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, living room and bathroom.

This is my bright family apartment on the edge of the historic center. It’s on the 5th and top floor of a small building (elevator to the 4th floor + one flight of stairs) in a quiet residential area. For me, it’s a calm corner with a view of the hills and the rooftops. We renovated it recently, keeping the warmth of a real home, hoping you’ll feel part of the city. The sunsets from the entry window are a small extra touch — something I hope will stay with you.

Well connected to the center, in fifteen minutes, by public transport (bus stop under the house) and five minutes from the A1 motorway toll booth of Firenze Sud.
