Foley's Cottage is an old (18th century), restored , traditional, stone built farmhouse on a working family farm. The cottage has been restored sympathetically using original and locally sourced recycled materials. The roof timbers for example were sawn from trees grown on the farm. Also the kitchen units were handmade by a local craftsman, from recycled pitch pine. There are old beams and traditional real pine boarded floors. In addition, the cottage has all modern conveniences.

A sandy beach stretches along the shoreline, meeting the gentle waves of the sea. The landscape is framed by grassy dunes and a few residential buildings nestled in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

SUEDE COTTAGE A Contemporary House on the Beach

Our home has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. The sitting room has a large TV with cable stations, and great WiFi. The log burning stove in the open plan sitting room is great for those cooler evenings. There are sea views from the sitting room, but the best view is had from the terrace of the main bedroom. Downstairs has a double bedroom with wc and wet room shower, upstairs are 2 further double bedrooms and large family bathroom with walk-in power.

Kilmallock House is our 300 year old home steeped in history, located in the heart of Ireland's Ancient East. Kilmallock is a rustic style farmhouse which oozes old world charm and period features, we feel privileged to be passing through! We are delighted that Curracloe beach (15 mins drive away) has been voted Irelands best beach 2024. It is a truly stunning 10km beach with Raven wood & a bird sanctuary to one side. Very Spacious 3 Bed 3 Bath in Blackwater Village

Spacious and modern home perfect for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience. The kitchen/dining is now upgraded for 2025 to air conditioning. Blackwater was voted Wexford's tidiest town in 2023 & 2024. Our home is secluded private 3/4 acre elevated site with sea views, ample parking and not overlooked. Ballyconnigar beach 4 min drive(Curracloe 10 min). Wexford town 20 min drive. Hotel, 2 Pubs and Supermarket 4 min walk from house.

Lovely old farmhouse with wood burning stoves and an aga, perfectly located for touring the south east or heading to the ferry.The main Waterford / Wexford road is just 5 minutes away and the Enniscorthy bypass can be reached in ten minutes. The house is ideally situated for a quick stop heading to or from the ferry in Rosslare, as it is approx 30 minutes away , or stay a bit longer and see all that Wexford has to offer.
