Everything is present to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing and bocce ball. The house is the enclosed land are independent, the owners have the same entrance gate on the grounds with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain view with the Saint Sebastian chapel.
