Overlook the City's Rooftops at a Bright, Bohemian Haven

In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! During your stay, you can always reach out if you need any assistance or if you have questions. The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. Spacious luxury apartment with Castle view!

Dit ruime appartement van 120m2 bevindt zich in hartje Gent, recht tegenover het Gravensteen. De ruime living met eetplaats en volledig ingerichte keuken kijkt uit op het kasteel. Het appartement omvat 2 mooie slaapkamers, 1 met dubbel bed en 1 met twee enkele bedden. Er is een volwaardig plooibed en een zetelbed op de overloop. Het appartement heeft een afzonderlijk toilet, een praktische badkamer met inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel. Er is een handige berging met was-en strijkfaciliteiten.

The location is exacly on the spot where untill the 1860 the old city gate “Brugse poort” was located, Private parking is possible on demand. Everything you want to visit is just a short walk away.

This lovely holiday house is located in the back garden of a remarkable four story apartment building by the hand of architects Vens Vanbelle. Although it is located in the city centre at 100m from the Gravensteen castle, it is surprisingly quiet and perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good night's sleep during your visit to the vibrant city of Ghent. Newly renovated apartment on the entire second floor (first floor for some countries) in the very centre of Gent consisting of a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hot air oven, dishwasher, electrical cooking stove, coffee machine, etc...) and living room with TV and free wifi. The apartment also has a quiet bedroom, a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. For longer stays (from 8 nights onwards), a washing machine and dryer are available as well.
