Recently converted cottage with panoramic views

A detached stone cottage in the heart of the north Pennines. Stunning views. With fantastic footpaths, cycle routes straight from the door for those with plenty of energy as it is hilly. Great base for exploring the area. With pubs and coop 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk. Recently renovated to a high standard but still feels characterful and cosy. Underfloor heating, induction hob and super insulated. 2 well behaved dogs only are allowed for a small fee. Sorry no other pets allowed.

The property offers plenty of private parking, private American porch style seating area to the front and pretty courtyard to the rear with outdoor seating and dining area. The outdoor areas are secure and ideal for dogs. Maximum one dog allowed. Additional £20 cleaning fee.

There's a shower room and a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Wool-based insulation and central heating keep the hut cosy warm all year. Things to see include:- Beamish Museum (a must see!!), The Roman Wall, Durham, Kilhope Lead mining Museum and The Metro Centre.

Multi stove log burner, stunning views. Own Balcony in peaceful area. Secure garden. Doggy guests warmly welcomed. Walks on the doorstep. Based on the borders of Northumberland, Co.Durham and Cumbria, ideal for a range of jaunts in the region. Butterfly Lodge our converted cart house is also proving a hit. Have a look!
