The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

The accommodation has been beautifully renovated and features a private English cottage garden, a great sun trap. Warwickshire, Rugby and Birmingham are within driving distance. Rugby train station is 10 minutes drive and you can be in London in one hour.

Ample off-road parking, a private entrance, full cooking facilities or a short stroll to the local pub. A quiet and comfortable haven, ideally placed a couple of miles from Magna Park, M1 or M6; ideal for holiday or work related stays in the area. The Barn is a not visible from the road which is particularly useful if you have a concern about vehicle security.

Park House is part of the west wing of The Stable House (our family home), a Victorian stable block built 1888, and converted into a family home in 1970. The house sits in 20 acres of garden, fields and woodland including a Victorian kitchen garden. It is completely self-contained and comprises 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10; a large hallway, spacious kitchen, comfy sitting room and utility with separate toilet. It's very quiet with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.
