The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

The Cosy Retreat in the historic village of Cotesbach offers a charming and tranquil escape for guests. The accommodation has been beautifully renovated and features a private English cottage garden, a great sun trap. Two charming coffee shops are within walking distance and you are surrounded by beautiful countryside. Cinema, gym and restaurants nearby. Warwickshire, Rugby and Birmingham are within driving distance. Rugby train station is 10 minutes drive and you can be in London in one hour.

This Red Roof Bungalow has recently been renovated throughout, it sits on a quiet road just outside the village. It has a large front garden, and fully enclosed back garden which is ideal for dogs and children. There is also a gravelled parking area with plenty of space for vehicles. It’s a straightforward, comfortable place close to the countryside and local amenities. Park House is part of the west wing of The Stable House (our family home), a Victorian stable block built 1888, and converted into a family home in 1970. The house sits in 20 acres of garden, fields and woodland including a Victorian kitchen garden. It is completely self-contained and comprises 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10; a large hallway, spacious kitchen, comfy sitting room and utility with separate toilet. It's very quiet with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

Enjoy al fresco dining with the fire-pit barbecue and then later relax in the hot tub.
