This very special 1st floor apartment has the perfect view from the balcony. Just one bedroom, but the living room can be partitioned with a large curtain to offer a 2nd bedroom with a large sofa bed. Just 5 steps from the Boromar beach. Beautifully converted . Fully equipped kitchen, but no dish washer. Smart TV & WiFi available, air conditioning & ceiling fans installed. Tastefully decorated with Fauviste Art. Above à busy restaurant , so not for those requiring tranquility.

Very nice renovated apartment facing the sea of 55 m2 and a Spanish courtyard of 40 m2, offering panoramic views of the sea where you can see beautiful sunrises, 2 bedrooms, private parking. The place is on the beach side (quiet bay), it's perfect for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). Scuba diving enthusiasts will love it.
