PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me) .Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Casa indipendente composta da cucina angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale, cameretta con un letto a castello e un bagno. Terrazza coperta con una strepitosa vista sul mare, arredata con tavolo sedie e poltroncine in modo da poter sfruttare al meglio questo spazio che è sicuramente il più piacevole della casa. Si trova in un condominio privato curato e sorvegliato dalle guardie con parcheggio libero per gli ospiti delle residenze. Località turistica frequantata quasi esclusivamente da vacanzieri.

La villetta si trova direttamente sulla sabbia ( 8 metri dall'acqua ) accesso diretto al mare. Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, zona giorno con angolo cottura e ampia terrazza sul mare. Ideale per coppie , amanti della natura e tranquillità. Casa unica per posizione in tutta la costa di Gonnesa. ATTENZIONE: sconsigliata a chi ha problemi di deambulazione per la posizione sul mare alla quale si arriva con un percorso a piedi di 100 metri in salita. IUN P5134
