Private parking, paddle courts, two swimming pools, one large and one small for children, open in season, restaurant in the residential area open all year round. The apartment is very cozy, with a room with two separate beds, and the possibility of using a sofa bed, a small kitchen but with everything you need, and a terrace with stunning views.

This is a spacious and light first floor apartment newly converted and available from May 2017. It has 3 patios and 4 sunbeds. It is well located in Olhao, very near the train station ad a short walk to Olhao centre. The ferry to the islands is under 10 minutes away.
