This is one of the most exclusive penthouse in south-Tenerife. 460m2 pure luxe and relax with an ocean view all around. It feels almost like floating in the sea. Big terraces with sun beds, with dining opportunities and even a full equipped outdoor kitchen. WiFi and Tv International with 1000 channels. The building complex has 2 outdoors swimming pools, lush greenery and a gym. This is a perfect place for luxurious holidays or remote working, with high speed internet. EV charger available in the garage for electric cars. Please note that on the days when we don't have another guests, there is more flexibility with check in /out times.

We rent a lovely vivienda vacacional (holiday home) in a villa in the area of Los Menores. 400meter high. Our property is for all those people who LOVE nature in all its expressions: animals (we have some), plants, tranquility, no annoying noises, it is a place to reconnect with the Mother Nature. If you don't like these things, it's not the right place for you.The Villa has two apartments, an apt is for the guests and the other is for us. A place suitable for ornithology lovers.

The apartment is located in living complex Atlantico, which is in the heart of Costa del Silencio. 200mts to the beach. 300mts to bars, restaurants, supermarkets. The Closest Amarillo beach has blue water, nice chiringuito, lounge music and fantastic Mojitos. Mount Amarillo which is close to appartment, it is very famous for hiking. Las Galletas is 25min walk. Complex has a locked teritorry, 3 swimming pools, sun loungers, kids playground.
