Beautiful townhouse in Valle de Rodalquilar, in the heart of Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park. Very central but on a quiet street, opposite the Botanical Garden. Features a living room, porch, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom and a room with two beds, both with built-in closets and the master bathroom. Lovely village house with terrace and sea views

Enjoy your stay in this pretty, centrally located village house in Bedar village, only a short walk to all amenities, tapas bars, art centre, bakery etc etc. The bright , quirky house is all on one level with steps to an outside terrace with fabulous sea views. There are two double bedrooms , one with a Juliet balcony. The kitchen is modern & newly fitted and the living room also has a dining area. Also parking is not a problem with a parking space for this house only!. A fabulous property.
