Hola, me llamó Gerard. Soy el anfitrión de @MYHOMEPARATI. Me gusta darles la intimidad que se merecen los huéspedes con su propia casa de invitados totalmente reformada en enero de 2024. Podrás disfrutar del espacio exterior para descansar así como de la piscina de uso privado. Estacionamiento gratuito en el interior de la finca. La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros. (Se aplicará el impuesto turístico en Cataluña 1€ persona/noche)

Loft independiente de 30 mtr2 dentro del espacio de mi casa, totalmente privado de nueva construcción con mucha luz natural gracias a sus 5 ventanas todas al exterior. La piscina es de uso privado del Loft y casa. Situado en zona residencial muy tranquila a 800 metros de la estación de tren de Barbera con la que llegas a Barcelona en 15 minutos y a 200 metros de la parada de autobús directo a Barcelona, a centro comercial y también autobús directo a la UAB. Situado a 7' en coche de la UAB.

Up on a little hill, guest house of a 500 years traditional house, embedded in a wood of 25 hectares. The guest house has a private garden, a mini pool, and an independent entrance. Air conditioning. Barcelona's center is only 20 min by train, trains every 6/10 mins, 1,2 euro ticket trip, the train station is 3 min by car, free parking at station and house. Estudio en planta sobreático con bonitas vistas. Tiene un espacio "sala de estar" separado de la zona de descanso. Los techos son abuhardillados con mucho encanto aunque algunas partes tienen una altura baja (zona descanso). Office con nevera, lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, menage etc... NO TIENE FOGONES PARA COCINAR !. Baño completo. Wifi, Smart TV. Gran terraza de 45m con toldo protector, barbacoa de obra, mesas, sofás y tumbonas para disfrutar del exterior y el buen tiempo.
