Gated garden, furnished veranda, and grill. TV, washing machine, air conditioning. Well-served area with nearby bars, pizzerias and bakery. The house is not equipped with Wi FI.

The house can accommodate 4 people and consists of two bedrooms, a double bedroom with a master bathroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The living area includes the open kitchen and overlooks the veranda. The house is also accessible from a second veranda communicating with the rooms, where there is an outdoor shower and the closet for the washing machine. The private parking space is a short walk from home.
