Casa Alba: two cottages for the price of one!

This lovely cottage in Murcia (southern Spain) consists of two rooms with a covered terrace. It is ideal for peace seekers, hikers (!) and nature people. The comfortable casa is quiet and generously furnished. You have two showers and toilets, a large (living)kitchen, living room with air conditioning, bedroom with air conditioning and shaded terrace with lounge sofa. You share the outdoor swimming pool with terrace with other guests! Cartagena is within cycling distance, as is El Portús beach.

Charming cosy Casita in Rural Spain

The Casita offers self catering, cosy and private space. An ideal base while exploring all that the area has to offer. Santa Maria Loz Velez is a stunning national park for walkers and cyclists, which is on our doorstep. Vélez-Blanco and Velez Rubio both offer a great range of restaurants and bars along with fantastic architecture and places to see. With easy access to the A91/92, within 90 mins you can be in Almeria, Granada or Murcia. The beautiful coast is an hour away.

To give you a nice stay in this still authentic Spanish environment, I like to share a piece of Finca Libélula, my dream under the sun. A part adjacent to my home is a renewed independent casita with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, seating area, and kitchen. During your stay you can enjoy the huge peace and privacy here, the spacious garden and a private swimming pool(50m2). A supermarket, catering and bus stop is 400m walking distance and the beach of La Marina is 5.5 km away.

Relax in this beautiful place, just a few minutes from the beach, in a very quiet area of Mojácar. The house is surrounded by nature, wonderful views of the mountain. Independent accommodation with private entrance and parking. The house has an equipped kitchen, a living room and a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower. Spacious table on the terrace where you can enjoy meals outdoors. Large salt pool and chill out area shared with our small family.

Private floor in Archena/Close to spa.

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. This is a completely renovated floor, with a lot of tranquility and light. We have a double bed and two 90cm single beds. We have Wi-Fi, Wii, TV, a full kitchen but without an oven. Air conditioning. A separate bathroom on the same floor and heated floors throughout the floor. Access to the floor can be shared or independent at the discretion of each guest. A balcony with beautiful views and a backyard.

A very quiet place in a very safe residential neighborhood. It's a space away from the noise of traffic and the city, but close enough to get there in a short time. It is also just a few minutes away from San Juan beach by tram. In this small apartment you have everything: equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace with garden, AAC, Netflix, swimming pool and barbecue. It is also disconnected from the main house, so you will have an independent entrance and exit
