New, spacious, comfortable duplex apartment, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV in every room, and also a very pleasant patio, close to the wonderful beach of St Cyprien ( 5 minute walk ). Shops and water activities on site, ideal for a good holiday. Only 11km north of Porto-Vecchio. On the same level 2nd apartment ( Airbnb sun and sea San Ciprianu 2 ) for families or friends wishing to be together ( events, wedding....)

The rental is located on the south bank of Porticcio, in a private residence and secured by a gate. Very close to the seaside center and all the necessary amenities. Ideal for four people, the apartment has two bedrooms , a large living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and toilet. The swimming pool is next to the main entrance. Meals can be taken outdoors with a barbecue available. The first beaches are on foot.
