A beautiful granite cottage, in a stunning cliff top position above Gwynver beach perfect for a couple, with sea views towards Sennen and the Isles of Scilly. A wood burner heats the cottage so it stays cosy in winter. Footpath to the beach from the cottage door and across the cliffs to the Coast Path. It is a compact but comfortable space and the bathroom has a shower. I rent it out Saturday to Saturday, I will make brownies for you and one of my chilli relishes will be with eggs if my🐓 oblige.

There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. At night time you can see the light from Pendeen lighthouse, stars and the twinkling lights of the local fishing boats. Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
