We are lucky to live in a beautiful region and between Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix and Evian, our small medieval town is the center of Haute-Savoie. 20 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Grand Bornand..., not to mention lakes such as Lake Geneva, Annecy, Montriond... and of course hikes in the medium and high mountains. My husband is passionate about cycling, "Honorary President of a club in La Roche" and I am a painter, sculptor. We would be happy to share our passions.

Our cosy Tiny is surrounded by trees that provide shade, but you can also easily find sun all day long. You can use the attic of our garage for extra storage. This may come handy if you wish to leave your suitcases, bike or a pram. There're all the amenities for both short and long stays. There's plenty of activities around. Within 5 minutes drive you can find local farms, horse boarding stables, an adventure park, tennis courts, climbing. *There's dry toilet.

"Le Charny" former farmhouse, fully renovated and opened in August 2023. 3 minutes from La Roche-sur-Foron, a pretty medieval town, ROCHEXPO and ENIILV. You will have a beautiful outdoor space, terrace (not fenced with small road nearby). Guests can park cars or (vans for professionals). Close to Geneva, Annecy 1/2 hour away, the ski resorts of La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, Les Gets 3/4 hour away. Chamonix, Evian, Thonon, Ivoires... less than 1 hour away.
