Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Charming little house.

Small house full of charm located in the upper town of Elne, very quiet, close to all shops, 15 kilometers from Collioure, ideal for a couple, nice animals welcome, parking at the tourist office about 100 meters away but possibility to unload in front of the house. Attractive location because it is very close to the coast without the nuisances related to tourism; authenticity of life in this city. with a very beautiful architectural heritage dating back to antiquity.
