Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

A large living room with open and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, induction stove, toaster, griddle), double sofa bed (140) or 2 extra beds (90 x 190), TV and living room area. 1 bedroom with a double bed (140) Bathroom, separate private toilet Private car park Outdoor area with garden furniture Sheets, duvets, pillows... are provided. Entire Private Troglodyte loft apartment

A unique troglodyte loft decorated with art pieces. The entrance is private and the space is overlooking the terrasse with a Japanese feel to it. On the top floor you will find the bathroom with it's shower dug into the rocks. This is a very peaceful place to relax. This small winemaker village will welcome you and allow you to taste some of the best Loir valley wines. Breakfast is included and the host Luc speaks a perfect English.

To reconnect with nature, relax, and recharge, in a rural setting, peace and quiet await you. Self-catering 1000m2 enclosed lot. proximity to donkeys (quiet, kind) independent trailer, not overlooked, all comfort heating bathroom and private jacuzzi (available May to the end of September according to meteo). Private car park possibility to meet our dogs for moments of cuddling and games (small family farm) pets not allowed

Wicker hut by the river

This waterfront cabin surrounded by other fishermen's cabins is entirely made of wood. It is completely energy self-sufficient by solar panels for 1 to 4 people and will allow you to reconnect with nature or with yourself... It includes the living room, water view with a sofa bed, a wood stove, a sink with drinking water and cold only, a gas stove, a shower (pressure shower system), a dry toilet, a mezzanine with a 160 bed.

La Cabane Pod at the Farm

Come and discover the cows in the meadow and relax in the Pod Hut by the water... We will welcome you in all simplicity to our family farm. By coming to us, you choose to be around our farm friends. Your stay may be an opportunity to watch our cows being milked, and why not, bottle feed the little ones. We are located in the heart of various hiking trails, for which we can guide you.

"Chez Mémé Caillou" Gîte 6 people

"Chez Mémé Caillou" is a recently renovated independent old house, with a warm interior, with a plot of 250 square meters to enjoy the terrace and sunbathing on sunny days. Located in Montmirail, "Small City of Character" in the Perche Sarthe, it is a stone's throw from the castle, on the village discovery trail.
