Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

A unique troglodyte loft decorated with art pieces. The entrance is private and the space is overlooking the terrasse with a Japanese feel to it. On the top floor you will find the bathroom with it's shower dug into the rocks. This is a very peaceful place to relax. This small winemaker village will welcome you and allow you to taste some of the best Loir valley wines. Breakfast is included and the host Luc speaks a perfect English.

The old railway line is now reserved for hiking or mountain biking. Come and spend a quiet stay with family or friends and enjoy the enclosed garden. "Chez Mémé Caillou" is a recently renovated independent old house, with a warm interior, with a plot of 250 square meters to enjoy the terrace and sunbathing on sunny days. Located in Montmirail, "Small City of Character" in the Perche Sarthe, it is a stone's throw from the castle, on the village discovery trail.
