Bright 3 bedroom apartment on Amager, close to metro

Beautiful newly renovated apartment in the middle of Amager with plenty of light. Close to Copenhagen city center and close to the subway. The apartment is in bright colors and has been completely renovated. There are 2 bedrooms with three-quarter beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with an oven, stove and refrigerator - extremely well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table, as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are at the end of the entrance, which connects the entire apartment, which is located on the ground floor.

A personally decorated rental home on the 2nd floor of a patrician, which is occupied by a sweet and welcoming family. We share the staircase. The apartment has been newly renovated with, among other things, a delicious kitchen where you can cook for the whole family. The light and the views are beautiful! Only 300 meters to the harbor bus. Beach and harbor swimming within a kilometer. Approximately 500 meters to the Fish Market, which offers good shopping. 3 hours parking at the property from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. with free parking on weekends. Parking garage with paid parking within 200 meters. Large bedroom with double bed. Furnished balcony with water view.

Lovely one bedroom 62 kv/m apartment with an amazing view to Copenhagen water kanal and privet parking included. Apartment is not in the city center, but it won’t take more then 20 min walk or 7 min by bicycle to Copenhagen center. And 10 min walk to a shopping mole Fisketorvet. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

The location is great if you also plan on visiting Malmö and Southern Sweden. This new neighborhood is immensely popular and for good reasons. Go for a morning swim at the beach or go for a run with the locals along the boardwalk before exploring the city.
