It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. This spacious apartment offers you a bright, comfortable, quiet home where you have sole use of the entire, fully equipped 1bedroom space. You are in the heart of Mt Hawthorn's cafe strip with both grocery and specialty stores and a verandah to watch the world go by. As we are on the quiet side of the apartment block, noise is not an issue. My husband's office has his own SEPARATE ENTRANCE with the internal door always locked, you won't see him as he does not enter your space at all.
