The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a Walser house built in 1937 and was gently renovated in 2019. The charm of the 80s has been preserved and supplemented with elements of modern times. According to the traditional construction (family house), the house is not soundproof from the outside or the inside. This means that the roommates are occasionally (sometimes more, sometimes less) audible. Therefore, we ask the respective tenants to be considerate and to be a little quieter when dancing the waltz :)

I support my parents in renting out the apartment. Most of the time I am not on site, but my parents are always at home and welcome our guests personally. The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wooden style. It is simply and stylishly furnished, so that you feel right at home in the distance. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau overlooking Klosters in the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.

Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m² with separate entrance. The bedroom is in the attic on the second floor. Bed size: two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m.
