Coucou Cottage, cute holiday home + private pool

Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views.

Our cosily renovated cottage nestles at the bottom of the hamlet of Fleuret with stunning views over the valley to the medieval village of Curemonte. Fully renovated with many original features, our gite offers comfortable accommodation for up to 4 with private garden with terrace and pergola for al fresco dining, as well as a large swimming pool and games room shared with guests in Fleuret House. Charming accommodation with separate bedroom and ensuite bathroom. We are located in the countryside in a small hamlet, 97% Olympian calm, however in the remaining 3% please note that there are animals (cows, sheep, dogs, roosters…) tractors, flies and other small critters, I want to clarify for people sensitive to this kind of inconvenience. Located close to Bozouls, Saint-Geniez-d'Olt, Espalion, as well as Aubrac, you will be ideally placed.
