Situated on the lower ground floor of a traditional 200 year old Cumbrian Bank Barn the Stable has charm and character yet modern day comforts. Nearby Ulverston, has regular festivals and many independent shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

Our house is close to the centre of Coniston village, 2 mins walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants and a short stroll down to the lake. The house has quality furniture and fittings, we've taken time over everything, the wood burning stove, comfy beds and the modern well equipped kitchen. There's beautiful landscapes throughout and some unique leaded glass by Sarah Lace. You can leave the car and walk everywhere if you wish. Our house is good for couples, families and one well behaved dog.

Low Brow - Barn conversion cottage in Coniston
Low Brow a split level detached barn conversion, close to the centre of Coniston. Leave the property and turn right for a short stroll down the hill into the village for shopping, pubs and cafes. Coniston Water is a 15 minute walk and is peaceful and picturesque for sailing and canoeing. Turn left as you leave the property and within minutes you are climbing Coniston Old Man. Ideal as a base for cycling. An elevated patio to the rear of the property offers fine lake views over Coniston Water.
