The building is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, designer boutiques, stores, spas, gym, beauty salons, 24 hour drug stores, casinos, bars, hotels, banks, la “Ventana al Mar” (beach front open space park), church, hospital and public transportation and approximately a 10 minutes drive from San Juan International Airport and 5 minutes drive from Old San Juan.
