At 50m from the wonderful lakeside promenade that takes to Villa Olmo, we have setup a double room, in a building that was a 600's monastery. The room overlooks the internal courtyard with a small balcony, away from the noise of the main street. The historical city city can be reached by feet, in a few mins, via the cycle / pedestrian path facing the lake. Nearby you will find delightful clubs, bars and restaurants and good parking possibilities Como main station is just a few minutes' walk away

The apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished. The entrance leads to the small kitchen, the bathroom with shower, then you reach the living room area with a comfortable sofa bed. Brand new apartment in the city's historic center. In a historic building inside a courtyard. Quiet, peaceful and very bright apartment as well as equipped with all comforts. Very spacious bathroom and shower, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable and wide beds. As soon as you leave, you will find yourself in the historic center, a five-minute walk from the lake and the main squares. On request we provide paid parking in front of the apartment. Quiet and centrally-located place.

PRETTY APARTMENT NEAR THE LONG LAKE AND THE HISTORICAL CENTER Nice apartment recently renovated, very bright, on the first floor, near the city center. Next to the house there is a Carrefour open 24h / 24h. The Como S. Giovanni train station is 500m away and can be reached on foot. On request it is possible to have another single bed or a bed for small children in the bedroom. The apartment has new double glazing and noises from the street can not be heard.

An open living area features exposed wooden beams and large arched windows overlooking the lake. A red couch and wicker chairs provide comfortable seating, while a wooden dining table is set for four. Natural light enhances the warm ambiance of the space.

Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house. It is located in the center of the typical village of Carate Urio, opposite the cafeteria, pharmacy, two grocery stores and the C10 and C20 bus stop. public parking is in front of the house entrance

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
