My accommodation is perfect for large families, couples, golf lovers and adventurers. It is a beautiful apartment on the ground floor with garden (perfectly furnished) facing south, in the urban area. El Toyo, with garage and air conditioning, a 5-minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes from Cabo de Gata park. It is brand new and fully equipped. The urbanization has 2 swimming pools, paddle court and Alboran golf course. It is registered in the RTA (Tourism Registry of Andalucia) with no. VFT/AL/04208

Stylish apartment with nice terrace and ocean views. In a residential area with a pool and very nice and well-kept common areas, and above all quiet. Very bright, spectacular terrace, spacious bedroom with 1.5x2m bed (new mattresses), kitchen with pin, AA, fast internet, 50"TV (YouTube, Prime..). Close to all kinds of services: Beach 500m away, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants less than a 5min walk. Marina 10min by boardwalk. Palace of Congresses is a 15-minute walk.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastic pool- and seaview. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.

This apartment is simple and perfect for a few days so close to the beach, with restaurants and bars, pharmacy and supermarkets a few minutes walk away. On the hillside of the village and on the top floor of the residential house, the apartment overlooks the sea and views of the horizon by 180 degrees. Very bright studio with stunning views, 250 yards from the beach. Ocean and mountain views. Spectacular balcony for the summer, you can see the sunrise and in the evenings it is shaded. Great for lunch and dinner. It has all the amenities, full kitchen (with microwave, toaster, induction hob, etc.), air conditioning with a heat pump, washing machine, refrigerator, TV, table and chairs both inside the studio and on the terrace.
