Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. Giving easy access to the main road to drive to nearby restaurants, stores, beaches and more. It's a true cabin feel with accessibility to the roadway. There is also a Fireplace & Outdoor Fire pit.
