It is in the center of Tumbaco, 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria, Gran Aki and Tia supermarkets, 10 minutes drive from Scala Shopping, Ventura Mall and 15 minutes from Paseo San Francisco, you will find cinemas, pharmacies, gyms, churches, 3 minutes from El Chaquinan trail, 20 minutes from the airport.

If you car is bigger than garage we can provide an extra garage with $5 charge. Sorry pets are not allow :(.
