Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Large renovated farmhouse with heated pool

Our beautifully renovated farmhouse set in a quiet rural part of Burgundy, not far from the Sancerre/Pouilly wine country. It has a huge garden and terrace, large swimming pool (May-October), trampoline and swings (and space to make huts and play hide and seek!). Peaceful evenings star-gazing, sitting under the pergola as you barbecue whilst drinking locally wine, after taking leisurely strolls or bike rides around the country lanes is what it is all about!

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

This family home for 5 generations (1865), completely renovated between 2023 and 2025. The work made it possible to transform it into a modern residence, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay, including for people with limited mobility (armchair). Also enjoy its new bioclimatic veranda (2025) or wood burning stove, highly appreciated during the cold season. House with fiber and modern comfort, perfectly suited for remote work.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, fridge, 2-burner gas stove, coffee maker etc. Entrance with wardrobe, upstairs large room approximately 40 m2 in the attic, double sofa bed, 3 single beds plus a baby bed, TV. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet, changing table. Heating by electric radiators.
