This very special 1st floor apartment has the perfect view from the balcony. Just one bedroom, but the living room can be partitioned with a large curtain to offer a 2nd bedroom with a large sofa bed. Just 5 steps from the Boromar beach. Beautifully converted . Fully equipped kitchen, but no dish washer. Smart TV & WiFi available, air conditioning & ceiling fans installed. Tastefully decorated with Fauviste Art. Above à busy restaurant , so not for those requiring tranquility.

Private parking is available in front of the house. Well-equipped and in a cozy spirit, with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Quality bedding in the bedroom and for the sofa bed. Very bright, it has a beautiful furnished terrace with exceptional views of the mountains and Fort St Elme.
