Must be 25 or older to rent. There are NO pets allowed in this unit. Golf carts/LSV are prohibited on the property.

Our fourth Air BnB property, Shady Rest #4, is located in a small, quiet, residential town home complex, minutes from historic downtown and only about 3 miles from Parris Island MCRD. It is approx. 1200 sq. feet of comfortable living space, with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a roomy living space with a sleeper sofa. Located on the 3rd floor, enjoy the peace and quiet as you sip your favorite beverage on the back patio. Plenty of room to spread out! The main bedroom with king sized bed and the bathroom are on the main floor and the loft area features two twin beds and additional TV. Couch sleeps an additional guest.
