Graziosa mansarda molto luminosa, completamente ristrutturata situata al quinto piano con ascensore di un palazzo di pregio. La zona è centrale, di fronte al giardino pubblico, vicino al teatro Rossetti e al viale XX Settembre, grande viale pedonale molto fornito da bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e gelaterie. In circa 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge piazza Unità, se preferite utilizzare i mezzi pubblici, davanti al palazzo c'è la fermata delle linee 6 per Miramare e la 9 per il lungo mare cittadino.

The location is excellent because it is very well served and close to all the main points of interest. Our apartment was renovated in March 2024 and is ready to welcome you. Completely refurbished apartment with new furnishings. The accommodation is strategically located a short distance from the city center which can also be reached on foot. In the immediate vicinity is the Burlo Garofalo Children's Hospital, excellence in pediatric pathologies. The accommodation, with a wonderful sea view, overlooks the cycle path that leads to the Valle Rosandra reserve. Very quiet and comfortable accommodation equipped with smart TV and home automation.

The apartment is located in Via Gabiele Foschiatti. it is a pedestrian area, where you can find restaurants, bars, wine bars and small shops. The property is located on the third floor of a historic Trieste building equipped with a lift without architectural barriers. Very sunny, comfortable and welcoming.
