A self-contained newly build 20 m2 studio with separate entrance and parking. The studio is comprised of an en-suite bathroom, a super-king bed, a tall boy and a work desk. A kitchenette just next to the room with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and a tumble dryer. “The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or an oven.” The studio is brand new and built to high standards. The studio is a 15 minutes walk to Wokingham train station and town centre.

The apartment is set back 20 meters from the road and overlooks a neighbouring courtyard garden. You have your own bathroom (for sole use) with bath and overhead shower. Ideal for professionals, those working from home, and travellers who like a quiet area in a central location. I live & work in Germany. For this reason, the house is ‘self-serve’ therefore guests are expected to clean up after themselves out of respect for other guests with whom they’ll share the communal areas. The property is professionally managed by my co-host John and his professional cleaners. Myself and my co-host are only a phone call away for any issues you might have.

Private double bedroom and en-suite bathroom

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.

Large, cosy room + micro kitchen & separate access

There is separate access through a gate and your own front door. Guests have their own toilet + micro kitchen with a microwave, toaster, fridge and kettle. The excellent rainfall shower is shared and 3 floors up, but has a wonderful view over West Reading, so is worth the climb! Reading West railway station is a 7min walk and the town centre a 22min walk, with a bus stop right by the house. There is a large supermarket and lots of takeaways/restaurants within walking distance.

Freshly painted single room in a cosy 2-bed-2nd floor apartment in Caversham, 15 min walk to caversham side Reading Train Station via park, 20-25 min to Town Centre, 15 min drive to Thames Valley Park via Sonning. I stay with a 15-year old daughter and I spend a lot of time cleaning therefore calm, polite and likeminded people are welcome. Please note, as part of a room service, I reserve the right to service the room to refresh/ open windows/ replenish tissues etc.

Modernised 2-bedroom first-floor flat. Large well-equipped kitchen. The lounge has a small balcony that looks out over the communal garden area. As well as the lounge TV both bedrooms have large wall-mounted TVs with Netflix and Amazon, box set heaven! We have a fold-out full-size single bed that we can set up in the apartment (either in the main bedroom or the lounge) Just let is know if you need this. Ample off road parking in the driveway
