It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a single bed. A fifth person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and BBQ with a dining patio at the side of the house with beautiful views over the mountains.

The house offers all the amenities for families or friends who want to comfortably enjoy a stay in a typical Portuguese village, Vila Facaia. We are in a privileged location, a few minutes from the river beaches of Mosteiro, Rocas and Poço Corga, the Cabril and Bouçã Dams, the Serra da Lousã, the Ribeira das Quelhas and Fragas de S. Simão. Note: Municipal Tourist Rate, applied to the first 7 nights, is 2€/person/night, April to September, but 1.5€/person/night October to March, and minors under 16 are exempt. We returned the difference charged incorrectly by AirBnB at the Check-in.

The courtyard has the possibility of parking, gas grill, a cosy pergola with sauna, jacuzzi and a swimming pool in the garden and sun loungers. The house has 7 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, a large living room with fireplace, TV, PS5 and bar.
