Beautiful 37 m² apartment in a part of a large Charentaise farmhouse, 40 minutes from the beaches (Fouras, Port des Barques, etc.) and 1 hour from the bridges of the island of Oléron and the island of Ré. All the comforts you need to spend your vacation between the sea and the countryside. Located near the historic town of Saint Jean d'Angely, less than 3 km from all amenities and 6 km from the international motocross circuit. Ideal location to visit our department.

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Ideally located 6 km from the Jonzac Thermal Baths or the heart of the city in a quiet location with beautiful views of the countryside. 4270 m2 garden with fruit trees. Small pond and open-air café. The 38 m2 cottage has a very large terrace. Chairs and table outside, deckchairs available. Gas barbecue. For 3 or 4 people, opening of a connecting bedroom (20 m2) with a 160 x 200 bed. If there are 2 of you and you want 2 bedrooms, register 3 people.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.

The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by Cognac vineyards. Its 'Bauhaus Style' with cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
