If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

It consists of a large main room containing king bed, futon sofa, another sofa, dining table, kitchenette, and with a small adjoining bedroom containing 1 double/single bunk bed. The apartment opens out to a private patio with seating areas, bbq, separate spa and pool in a lush tropical garden, only 300m walk to Stanwell Park Beach, and cafes.
