Listing setup
Research your own Airbnb SEO.We aim to create a page that is easy to top search, and from a marketing perspective, we create listings that combine targeting, local characteristics, and lodging, and harnessing differentiation and features.Title and text creation 30,000 yen plus tax.
Setting prices and availability
We'll advise you on a survey of 10 neighborhoods and how much you'll get booked from similar listings nearby.Neighborhood survey and price proposal 20,000 yen plus tax.If you want a package with listing creation, it's 40,000 yen plus tax.
Booking request management
We'll share our experience with you, such as accepting or declining requests, which tend to be directly linked to reviews.We create listings and sets.
Guest messaging
We basically respond to messages from 9: 00 to 22: 00.We can also support providing saved messages and more.Message support only is 50,000 yen/month, excluding tax.
Onsite guest support
It depends on the location, but since we are based in Sumida Ward, we can come to you for consultation.We also have a license for a private lodging business.
Listing photography
We can also provide support for listing photography, and we can introduce you to a contractor.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaners can only be introduced to those who have contracted listing support and management services.
Licensing and hosting permits
I personally applied for a hotel business in Sumida Ward, so I can give you advice and support.Advice fee 30 minutes 5,000 yen tax excluded
Additional services
From the time of launch, we provide consulting services for 100,000 yen (excluding tax) for the initial design, including a survey of nearby competitors, target setting, number of people, and expenses. We also offer 30-minute consultations for 5,000 yen (excluding tax) for listings that are not receiving reservations.
