Bardia

This is one fabulous place. I cannot rave enough about Bardia’s home. It is one of the best properties I stayed in , Malibu and anywhere for that matter. It has such a good flow and beautiful energy. Beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. It is a place that I would most certainly go back to and stay longer if I can. Other than the space itself, Bardia is such an attentive and caring host. Will definitely come back!

If I could buy this home exactly as is, the choices of the outside landscaping, atmosphere, the inside decoration, quality of electronics, furniture, everything, I would. But the host already owns it and it’s the host’s outstanding taste that brought such detail and warmth to this beautiful property and location in Malibu! Bardia is one of the best hosts I’ve encountered, both in quality of home and communication to the customer, putting this place at the top of the list of quality AirBnB’s! Bardia went above and beyond in communication with me about recommendations of local places in the area, how to use some of the extras of the house that it had to offer, and even set up a pool and spa schedule for us so we didn’t have to think about it and was quick to respond if we needed a change in any way! He even had more paper for the printer delivered straight to the house just in mentioning it was low! The house had outstanding details that I fell in love with and I can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Bardia’s house for a month! The beautiful pictures of the house and the quiet location swayed us to book, but the house is even better in person! It is very inviting and the views are spectacular. The backyard was the perfect place to enjoy the drinks and snacks Bardia left as a welcome (which was a really nice touch). Bardia is extremely responsive and promptly answered all of our questions and accommodated our needs. He is also proactive in reaching out from time-to-time to make sure we had everything we needed. We fully enjoyed the house and Bardia is an excellent host! We will definitely stay again next time our travels find us in Malibu!

Great spot in the Sunset Mesa neighborhood of Malibu. Amazing views of both the ocean and then mountains towards Topanga State Park! Wish we could live here. The host was very responsive and proactive. Would love to stay here again!

Bardia is an amazing host. Responded to all questions in less than 10 minutes. Very accommodating. For example, he brought over a Yoga mat and some workout bands when I forgot mine. Heated the pool exactly as promised upon arrival. Loved his home automation system. The house was furnished beautifully. Great views of the ocean. The backyard was obviously done by a landscape architect. My best insight would be to say I will be back...no question. Amoung the best rentals I have selected.

Bardia was a great host and was very responsive to any and all inquiries and needs. The home is beautiful and well taken care of.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Location, location, location. Views of Santa Monica bay are spectacular. All rooms are modern and offer privacy. We enjoyed the jacuzzi every night. Would definitely book again!

great house, great location, first class owner

I stayed at Bardia’s beautiful home for 5 nights, along with my two tween daughters. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully finished, with both technology and aesthetics, which Bardia was excited for us to enjoy. The views of both the ocean and mountains are unparalleled, and enjoying the same from the vantage point of either the pool or hot tub was memorable. Bardia was very responsive to questions, requests, and was simply an excellent host. We had just a great time in his exquisite home and you will too!!!
