pleasant May 1st weekend with family thanks to the hospitality and charming home of our host Alain. A little in love with the location. A well-equipped kitchen, a pleasant garden and tranquility of the place. Recommended. The listing description matches the reality perfectly. We had a lovely stay at this place. It is very well located because the city center is only about fifteen minutes by bike, the Lunaret Zoo as well as the Montpellier Handball venue are very close. Our host was particularly welcoming, the accommodation clean and comfortable. We're just issuing a downside on the second bedroom since the door (glass) doesn't close, so it's not really isolated from the rest of the apartment.

The accommodation is a real haven of peace just outside Montpellier. It is close to all amenities and the tram to reach Montpellier. The hosts are very considerate and available in all circumstances. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa!

We had a great time in this apartment ideally located in the heart of Montpellier. The views are truly magnificent and offer a real plus to the whole. The apartment is spacious, very well arranged, with plenty of convenient storage, especially for suitcases. Everything is designed for comfort: the essential amenities are well present and the apartment is impeccably clean. The decor is neat, with a warm and modern atmosphere. We also appreciated the presence of essentials, very useful upon arrival. The neighborhood is very lively, which contributes to the charm of the city and the local experience — you just need to be aware of it. In short, a beautiful place that we would definitely recommend!

A friendly apartment in an extremely good location with a really nice roof terrace and great views. The space was also very clean. Nevertheless, efforts could be made in terms of decoration and equipment (no trash can and hooks in the bathroom, no mirror in one of the bedrooms, no salad bowl, some mismatched glasses that are chased after…) as well as in terms of finishes (rattling sliding doors, handle that comes off, bare electrical outlet, holes not filled… and especially an opening in a partition between the bathroom/toilet and the kitchen only hidden by a fabric blind… not cool for odors! A frosted window would be welcome). In short, nothing prohibitive or likely to spoil our stay but honestly it's a bit of a shame because with a few small efforts (nothing luxurious) the apartment would be exceptional where it is currently a bit empty and very basic! The environment isn't everything 😉
