I will get your page up and running and provide info to you that helps your listing get to the front of searches

Setting prices and availability

I do research in the area to make sure your prices are competitive and will assist in this

Booking request management

I will discuss with you what you want and ensure you have proper amount of time between guests and also how to spot scams

Guest messaging

I can usually reply within an hour unless it is in the middle of the night.

Onsite guest support

I can answer questions guests have while they are staying at your bnb

Listing photography

I am not a "professional" photographer but do take very good pics and have done well with my own bnb photos. I can take pics

Interior design and styling

I make sure they have the amenities of home and a cozy space for their home away from home

Licensing and hosting permits

I am in compliance with our local township laws and regulations and can show you the ropes
