Listing setup
I can help draft listings to include catchy heading intros, accurate descriptions, and eye catching images (App Setup $75).
Setting prices and availability
Recommend optimized competitive rates as seasons change, and manage the calendar (Included with App Setup).
Booking request management
I will review, approve, answer questions, and manage inquiries to ensure positive reviews (Included with 15-20% Ongoing fee).
Guest messaging
Available to respond to guest questions/inquiries during business hours & in the evening (Included with 15-20% Ongoing fee).
Listing photography
I will take as many photos needed to convey the listing intent or theme to attract guests (Included with App Setup).
Interior design and styling
Interior design & decoration services to match desired themes or style (Shop, order, Install, & setup. $160-$800, 1-5 days).
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning services available after each stay ($180 Min) or coordinate contracted cleaning and maintenance (Contractor rate).
Onsite guest support
Provide onsite support or coordinate maintenance as needed (Included with 20% Ongoing fee).
Additional services
I can write reviews and follow up after all stays.

The place was newly renovated & very clean.
The neighborhood was okay. Didn’t feel unsafe. But definitely highly populated with homeless on some corners.
