Listing setup
I am able to fully set up your listing, as well as provide other services like photographing your listing.
Setting prices and availability
I set all pricing and availability; you are always able to let me know dates you want blocked.
Booking request management
I'll handle all inquires and requests to book, screening guests, etc.
Guest messaging
I'll handle all communication with guests prior their stay, during their stay, and after.
Onsite guest support
If there's an issue that requires someone onsite, I ensure it gets handled.
Cleaning and maintenance
I work with cleaners and handymen to handle all of these tasks, and the cost is passed along to the owner.
Listing photography
This is included in my service with a one year agreement for cohosting.
Interior design and styling
I can provide this service for an additional fee that depends on size and number of items.
Licensing and hosting permits
I can help navigate this process and make sure we have all the right paperwork that is required.
